This fully remote, flexible contract role requires native or near-native German, professional recording setup, and the ability to deliver natural, expressive performances.

You'll work independently, providing structured feedback and refining scripts to help AI speak more naturally for German speakers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German speaker.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or similar work.
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled environment.
• Strong pronunciation, tone and pacing awareness.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-fidelity German audio using provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and overall quality.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve synthesized outputs.
• Review and refine scripts to sound natural and easy to deliver.
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule.
