Job summary

TrackerWay in Austria is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow a German-speaking clientele. You will build relationships with clients looking to purchase property from our portfolio and manage the end-to-end process.

This remote role requires German and English fluency, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across Germany and Austria for viewings and meetings. You will work with the Sales and Legal teams and use our CRM software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients who want to purchase property from the portfolio.
• Follow up on the process to ensure long-lasting relationships and credible processes.
• Organize and attend viewings; analyze company services; apply sales and negotiation techniques.
• Offer alternatives to meet client needs and company strategy.
• Work with Sales and Legal teams to align strategies and objectives.
• Use company software to collect data and update sales and legal processes.
• Travel regularly to Germany and Austria for viewings and meetings.
