DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a German-speaking Legal Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong Swiss corporate, labour, and regulatory law experience. The freelancer will annotate German-language datasets, validate AI outputs, and help improve legal AI accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold a Swiss-qualified credential (or equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant experience and fluent German; English is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong expertise in Swiss corporate, labour, administrative, or regulatory law.
• Professional fluency in German; English preferred.

Aufgaben

• Analyze corporate, employment, administrative, and regulatory matters.
• Research applicable statutes, case law, regulations, administrative decisions, and legal guidance.
• Review contracts, corporate documentation, employment-related materials, and regulatory filings.
• Annotate and validate German-language legal datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal reasoning for jurisdictional and linguistic accuracy.
• Verify citations, legal terminology, and statutory interpretations.
• Draft or evaluate legal summaries, memoranda, contractual provisions, and legal opinions.
• Support AI prompt design and model evaluation.
