Infra One seeks an experienced operator with legal training to run the operational engine for a portfolio of venture funds. You will handle onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting, tied to LPAs, subscription agreements, and related documents.

You own outcomes for named clients with fast-paced funding rounds and cross-border considerations. You will work closely with an engineering team delivering fixes and improvements, ensuring the platform reads documents, drafts

Qualifikationen

• Law degree and ability to read transaction documents (LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs, convertible loans)
• Ability to interpret complex fund documents and provide precise answers
• Experience with EU/US fund structures and cross-border tax considerations is a plus
• Strong ownership, responsiveness, and decision speed in high-pressure environments

Aufgaben

• Onboard and manage LPs through KYC and subscription processes
• Process deal handoffs, collect corporate/AML documents, ensure CLA alignment and timely signatures and wires
• Answer due-diligence questionnaires with precise, reusable responses
• Flag unsuitable side letters and guide GP on declines while preserving relationships
• Provide live status updates to GPs and keep the platform informed of blockers and improvements
• Collaborate with engineering to translate field learnings into product enhancements
