Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA) in Klosterneuburg near Vienna seeks a Digital Marketing and Campaign Management professional to develop and implement data-driven marketing and audience development strategies for the VISTA Science Experience Center.

You will plan multi-channel campaigns, manage assets, collaborate with partners and ensure a cohesive brand voice across German and English communications, with hybrid work and potential home office options.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management or audience development.
• Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, analytics and paid social advertising.

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine the overall marketing and audience development strategy for the VISTA Science Experience Center.
• Plan, manage and evaluate integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase awareness, visitors and engagement.
• Develop campaign strategies for exhibitions, events and educational programs, including defining audiences, messaging and KPIs.
• Manage the marketing ecosystem: digital and OOH advertising, email, social media, SEO and SEM.
• Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to optimize activities.
• Coordinate and implement a social media content strategy with the Social Media Manager.
• Oversee production of marketing assets and collaboration with partners.
• Coordinate external agencies and service providers for campaign execution and media production.
• Develop co-marketing initiatives with tourism partners and cultural institutions.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all activities and monitor marketing trends.
