JCT Group in Austria seeks a Marketing & Digital Campaign Manager to own outbound communication and web presence. You will translate technical product value into visibility, contacts, leads, and opportunities, aligning with Sales and Product Strategy.

This role supports JCT sites in Wiener Neustadt, Vienna, and Gijón, reports to the Product Strategy & Marketing Director, and leads agency partners and cross-functional projects. Hybrid work with 50% office presence is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in digital/B2B marketing for technical products.
• Hands-on SEO/AEO, web analytics, CMS, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
• Translate technical features into customer value.
• Excellent written and verbal English; multilingual preferred.
• Hybrid or office-based in Wiener Neustadt with 50% in the office.
• Occasional travel to Vienna and Gijón.

Aufgaben

• Lead the web relaunch with a cloud-based architecture and content ownership.
• Continuously optimize for SEO/AEO and keep structure and metadata machine-readable.
• Design multi-channel campaigns to maximize contacts, leads, and opportunities.
• Translate Product input into compelling messaging and launch campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and manage PR, distributors, and social media.
• Track web traffic, leads, and KPI dashboards monthly.
