Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering or network technology.
- Excellent knowledge of network and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with VoIP technologies such as SIP and RTP.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and commissioning of complex IT and communications solutions.
- Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Work as a technical interface between customers and internal teams.
