Gore Medical Products seeks an experienced Cardiothoracic Field Sales Associate to accelerate adoption of our thoracic aortic portfolio across Europe, with initial focus on Germany and Austria. Remote position based in Germany or Austria, with extensive travel across Europe.

You will leverage your established networks in the cardiothoracic community, partnering with surgeons, hybrid OR teams, and clinical stakeholders to expand adoption, develop strategic partnerships, and drive growth.

Formación

• Based in Germany or Austria.
• Proven success engaging cardiothoracic surgeons and key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of thoracic aortic disease and treatment pathways.
• Experience with medical devices in thoracic/cardiac fields.
• Extensive experience supporting physicians in OR/hybrid OR settings.
• Ability to travel 75–80% across Europe.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with leading cardiothoracic centres across Europe (focus Germany & Austria).
• Build relationships with surgeons, department leaders, hybrid OR teams and other decision makers.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive adoption of Gore's thoracic aortic portfolio.
• Support physicians in case planning, procedural execution, and post-case follow up.
• Act as clinical and commercial expert in thoracic aortic disease and treatment pathways.
• Drive educational initiatives (workshops, training, site visits).
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, clinical, and category teams to implement strategy.
• Provide market insights on dynamics, competition, and adoption barriers.
• Support hybrid treatment approaches and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Represent Gore at scientific meetings and congresses.
