Job summary

BrioHealth BV is expanding its European clinical organization and is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to advance the BrioVAD program across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. This is a home-office-based, field-facing role with frequent travel to implanting centers.

The role combines hands-on clinical support with deep system knowledge, working closely with mentors in Market Development and Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to cardiac or critical care environments.
• Experience in a clinical or field-facing role at a MCS or cardiovascular medical device company.
• 1-5 years of relevant clinical or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical and technical support during BrioVAD implant procedures and post-operative management.
• Support ICU teams with device operation, troubleshooting, and therapy optimization.
• Serve as a trusted clinical partner to surgeons, perfusionists, ICU nurses, and VAD coordinators during early cases and routine use.
• Support hospital onboarding and early-case execution at new and existing implanting centers.
• Deliver structured, role-appropriate training to implanting physicians, perfusionists, and ICU staff.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Market Development, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
