Qualifikationen

• Based in Switzerland with German as a first language.
• Available to travel for offline events about monthly.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency; other languages a plus.
• Strong strategic, creative thinking and advocacy experience.
• Experience with software tools and quick learning.
• Copywriting experience and marketing content is an asset.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to generate emails and materials.
• Flexible schedule and remote work setup.

Aufgaben

• Research, conceive, develop, and run national/global campaigns.
• Monitor events to identify opportunities for campaigns.
• Consult with experts and support strategy, policy, messaging.
• Draft, proofread, and edit campaign emails and marketing communications.
• Draft, proofread, and edit prompts for AI-generated materials.
• Identify relevant supporting materials from credible sources.
• Send campaign emails to supporters and report results.
• Propose offline actions and campaign initiatives.
• Coordinate materials in country language for the Campaigns team.
