Jobgether is seeking a Specialist Blue Yonder Dispatcher to support remote logistics operations across Europe. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing Blue Yonder Dispatcher in diverse logistics environments, while leveraging 3PL process knowledge to meet business requirements.

You will participate in IT implementation projects and development programs, support change and release processes, and ensure quality through testing and QA.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in 3PL environments with both systems and logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher (formerly JDA Dispatcher) across versions.
• Experience participating in IT implementation projects and development programs.
• Knowledge of WMS platforms used in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of IT change management and software release processes.
• Experience applying software testing and QA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured troubleshooting.
• High level of English for communication with international customers and stakeholders.
• Strong customer service skills and understanding of operational needs.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver with minimal supervision.
