• Dispatch and track containers within the terminal
• Should have knowledge of CN and CP (Toronto).
• Communicate with drivers, operators, and shipping companies.
• Monitor pickup and delivery schedules and appointments.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve logistical issues and delays.
• Maintain schedules and accurate records.
• Previous experience in dispatching is required.
• Experience in container/drayage dispatch is an asset.
• Knowledge of Canadian transportation and logistics is an asset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
