Ideal candidates have proven cold-calling experience, resilience, and strong communication skills. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and flexible hours, with training provided on fintech products and scripts.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level German; good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Cold Calling: actively call prospective B2B clients and introduce Assetara’s ecosystem.
• Lead Qualification: identify decision-makers, assess interest, and schedule follow-up meetings for the Business Development team.
• Pipeline Management: log all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM.
