Ketryx is seeking a Delivery and Success Associate in Vienna, hybrid role with office days Monday, Wednesday, Friday. You will work closely with customers to configure the platform, support requirements and quality workflows, and apply structured problem-solving to regulated development processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with requirements, verification & validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V-model.

Mansioni

• Support onboarding and ongoing customer success with the Ketryx platform.
• Configure platform to align with customer development processes and validation artifacts.
• Assist with requirements traceability and documentation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and workflow challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve the platform.
• Contribute to Quality Management System documentation and process discipline.
• Build fluency in regulated software development concepts like V&V and the V-model.
