Zusammenfassung

CAE in Vienna is seeking a Regional Training Standards Manager to lead regional training standards and ensure global standards are harmonised across CAE's Training Centres. You will coach regional leads, translate global initiatives into actionable plans, and drive data-driven improvements in instructor training quality.

Qualifikationen

• Hold or have held an EASA ATPL or CPL licence.
• Hold or have held either FAA instructor certificate, Part-FCL instructor certificate (EASA), or equivalent 900(c).
• Minimum of three years’ experience delivering or managing instructor training within an ATO/AOC environment.
• Extensive experience in training pilots for professional licences and/or ratings.

• Provide regional leadership and oversight of Local Training Standards Leads.
• Coach, guide, and evaluate training leaders for consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Translate global initiatives into actionable regional plans and support training delivery.
• Monitor and report regional OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
