CAE is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Vienna to drive revenue growth by acquiring new maintenance training clients and expanding existing accounts. You will act as the primary interface for maintenance training solutions and advise clients on the right CAE offerings to meet their needs.

The role requires 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, a university degree, and the ability to operate in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience or network within Business Aviation Maintenance (MRO) is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to manage relationships in a global, culturally diverse environment.
• Results-driven with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own revenue targets by acquiring new maintenance training clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Execute CAE sales methodology: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, closing.
• Maintain focus to overcome objections and meet territory objectives.
• Manage full sales cycle with accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Booking Specialists, Production Controllers, and Leadership.
• Identify prospects, develop strategic territory plans, and expand wallet share.
