You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, welcome them, manage registrations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service standards. This onsite role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and visitors to the Training Centre, ensuring registration and security procedures are followed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and visitors throughout their time at the Training Centre.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer service expectations are consistently met.
• Support the resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow‑up.
• Perform administrative duties that support customers throughout the training process.
• Assist with customer surveys, including encouraging participation and supporting data collection and reporting.
• Manage stock levels and ordering of CAE-branded merchandise for the Training Centre.
• Support customer events and other Training Centre activities.
• Perform reception and front desk duties.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Carry out other duties as required.
