About the Role

This is a highly visible leadership role, with a key focus on managing, motivating, and developing a team of approximately 40 Synthetic Flight Instructors across three platforms.

We offer a permanent, full‑time position. Occasional work on public holidays may be required based on customer needs. Relocation support to Vienna is available for the successful candidate. This is the permanent, non‑contract role.
