Job summary

MYNE Homes seeks a Regional Manager – Austria to support its Operations Team in Austria, ensuring ongoing management and maintenance of our vacation properties. You will coordinate property services, enhance value, and support owners on-site while collaborating with the Berlin team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Degree in Hotel Management, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field of study.
• At least 5 years in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with structured work approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate portfolio and on-site customer care in Austria, in collaboration with the Berlin team.
• Coordinate external service providers and ensure service quality.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repairs at properties.
• Plan and implement property enhancements to increase value (renovations, interior design, upgrades).
• Provide on-site owner support in coordination with Owner Service team.
• Evolve processes related to property management and customer care.

In your role as Regional Manager – Austria (m/f/x), you will support our Operations Team in Austria to ensure the ongoing management and maintenance of our properties.

Your mission

• Property Management & Customer Care:Manage our real estate portfolio and support our customers on-site, in close collaboration with the Berlin team.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate external service providers and ensure the quality of all services rendered.
• Maintenance & Repairs:Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance measures within the properties.
• Property Enhancements:Plan and implement measures to increase property value (renovations, interior design, and equipment upgrades).
• Owner Support: Provide on-site support for our customers in cooperation with the Owner Service team.
• Process Development:Continuously evolve all processes related to property management and customer care.

Your profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Degree in Hotel Management, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field of study.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar industry.
• Organizational Talent: Strong communication skills and a highly structured way of working.
• Efficiency: Ability to work independently, precisely, and efficiently in a dynamic environment; strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility: Adaptable working hours and a general willingness to be available for our customers on weekends and holidays.
