embecta is a global medical device company with a 100-year legacy in insulin delivery and diabetes care. This Legal Counsel role is based in Canton Vaud, and the successful candidate must be a resident or willing to relocate to Switzerland.

You will independently manage compliance matters across EMEA & LATAM, provide commercial, legal, and regulatory support, and work closely with Global Legal, Compliance and Privacy SMEs to implement programs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Fluent Business English; other languages a plus (German, French, or Spanish).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative across functions and cultures.

Aufgaben

• Provide commercial legal and regulatory support across EMEA & LATAM.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and related documentation.
• Manage compliance programs, ABAC and privacy guidance in coordination with Global teams.
• Coordinate with Global Legal, Compliance and Privacy SMEs.
