The position is based at the European head offices in Aubonne, Switzerland and supports sustainability, governance, and cross-border initiatives, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with 12+ years of post‑qualification experience; law firm preferred.
• Excellent drafting skills in English and another European language (French/Italian/German/Spanish a plus).
• Experience in ESG, regulatory, and public procurement matters in a global medical device environment.

Aufgaben

• Advising on ESG topics (CSRD/CSDDD and supply chain due diligence) and supporting sustainability initiatives.
• Establishing robust legal structures and frameworks to support evidence generation.
• Partnering with commercial and tender teams to ensure compliance with public procurement laws and drive tender litigation if needed.
