Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Legal Counsel based in Switzerland to provide hands-on legal support across corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters in an international, technology‑driven environment.

You will manage day‑to‑day legal matters, coordinate with external counsel, and advise on cross‑border contracts across the US, UK, EU, and beyond, while building practical processes to mitigate risk and enable business growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience with cross-border matters (US/UK/EU).
• Practical experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience handling intellectual property matters.
• Experience coordinating external legal counsel.
• Ability to work independently and build legal processes from the ground up.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+), with contract negotiation ability.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day legal support across a broad range of business activities.
• Advise on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Support cross-border and international legal matters across US, UK, and EU.
• Independently manage routine legal matters and coordinate external counsel.
• Identify issues requiring external expertise and engage accordingly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives while managing legal risk.
• Help develop practical legal processes to improve operations.
