Urban Nature Bad Gastein is seeking a receptionist (m/f/d) for Urban Nature im Badeschloss in Bad Gastein. You will handle check-in/out, guest inquiries, reservations, and front-desk tasks in a dynamic hotel environment, contributing to a welcoming lobby experience.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or as a hotel clerk (m/f/d).
• Experience in a reception role or similar customer-facing position.
• Willingness for further training and education.
• Friendly, open-minded personality.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• SIHOT knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Professional check-in / check-out and rooming of guests.
• Advising guests and answering questions.
• Process room reservations.
• Handle incoming calls and forward messages.
• Manage cash, money exchange and accounting responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and work area.
• Give a detailed handover for the next shift.
• Perform routine reception tasks, issue keys, manage hotel safes, prepare group arrivals.
