Receptionist (f/m/d) – MEININGER Hotel Salzburg City Center, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Act as a host and create memorable experiences for guests.
• Manage the welcome and goodbye process from check‑in to check‑out, optimizing hotel occupancy.
• Respond to guests’ personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities, and additional services.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks such as invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with the team and support occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar).
• Work flexible day, evening, and night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• First working experience in the hotel or passion for the HORECA industry.
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment of a dynamic, bustling environment.
• People‑oriented attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to tackle challenges.
• Fluency in German and English (solid A2‑B1 level minimum); other languages are an advantage.
