Zusammenfassung

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an experienced Project Leader (R&D) to drive complex cross-functional projects across mechanical, electronic, and software domains. You will manage full product development lifecycles, align hardware and software schedules, and communicate with senior management in an international setting.

The role requires a MSc in a related field (preferred) and 5+ years in project leadership within high-tech environments. Fluent English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Higher degree in mechanical, electrical, software engineering, or comparable field (MSc preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as project leader or project manager in high-tech environments.
• Experience in software product development, including embedded/firmware or application software.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
• Familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and system integration.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills with analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
