Omicron electronics GmbH in Klaus, Austria, seeks an experienced leader to drive hardware and/or software development projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery against objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align priorities, and report transparently to management.

As a sparring partner for other Project Leaders, you will share experiences and support colleagues in navigating complex project situations.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a technical product development environment.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Lead hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, align priorities and interfaces, and provide transparent reporting to management.
• Act as a sparring partner for other Project Leaders, sharing your experience and supporting colleagues in navigating complex project situations
• Foster exchange and collaboration among Project Leaders, creating opportunities to learn from each other and tackle common challenges together.
• Help continuously improve how we lead projects at OMICRON by identifying useful practices, tools, and lessons learned together with other Project Leaders
