As a sparring partner for other Project Leaders, you will share experiences and support colleagues in navigating complex project situations.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a technical product development environment.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, align priorities, and provide transparent reporting to management.
• Act as sparring partner for other Project Leaders, sharing experience and supporting colleagues in navigating complex project situations.
