Anton Paar is seeking a production planning specialist for our electronics manufacturing team in Graz. You will manage production orders, ensure on-time execution, and act as the interface between production, planning and related departments.

You bring technical education and SAP experience, with strong knowledge of BOMs, MS Excel and German language. You will contribute to process optimization and KPI analysis in a global high-tech environment.

Anton Paar develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision measuring instruments as well as automation and robotics solutions worldwide. For our electronics manufacturing team, we are looking for someone with technical expertise, SAP experience, and a good understanding of complex processes. You will efficiently manage production orders and ensure on-time execution while acting as a key interface between production, planning, and related departments.

Responsibilities

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders with regard to deadlines, capacities, and material availability
• Prioritizing ongoing orders and ensuring smooth production processes
• Creating, maintaining, and processing production orders and production-related data in SAP
• Monitoring material availability and proactively resolving missing parts and bottlenecks
• Monitoring production deadlines and order progress and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Working closely with production, planning, materials management, purchasing, and other departments
• Clarifying technical questions, disruptions, and deviations within the production process
• Contributing to the optimization of production processes, lead times, and production control procedures
• Analyzing relevant production data and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL), ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in manufacturing, production control, production planning, or a similar production environment
• Good working knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP PP and MM
• Good technical understanding and experience working with bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as very good German language skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for working closely with production teams

We offer a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade –adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
