Johnson Electric Group seeks a Supervisor, Quality System to oversee and improve the Quality Management System across manufacturing, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 where applicable, and internal policies.

You will manage audits, drive CAPA, develop training, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to embed quality throughout the lifecycle. Strong leadership and沟通 skills required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance or quality systems in manufacturing.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a team.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is highly desirable.
• Strong quality tools knowledge (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP, APQP).

Aufgaben

• Lead development and maintenance of the QMS in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable), and other standards.
• Manage internal and external audit programs with scheduling, execution, reporting, and CAPA follow-up.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality issues via CAPA and root-cause verification.
• Develop and deliver training on QMS procedures to manufacturing and support teams.
• Monitor KPIs and report trends for continual improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to embed quality across product lifecycle.
• Maintain quality documentation and records; ensure access and currency.
• Participate in NPI processes ensuring quality gates and risk mitigation.
• Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives for ongoing improvements.
• Represent the company in customer and third-party quality audits.
