Ideal candidates bring HTL or higher education, strong ISO knowledge, and a proactive, efficient working style to support long-term success and improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training (HTL, university of applied sciences or university) or several years’ relevant professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of current ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
• Knowledge of ISO 31000 (risk management) or ISO 15085-2 is an added bonus, as is expertise in process management.
• A high degree of self-organisation and initiative, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient approach to work.

Aufgaben

• Management systems: Further development, maintenance and monitoring of our integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001), including preparation for and support with upcoming standard updates (e.g. ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026)
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all normative, statutory and internal requirements in the areas of quality, energy and environmental management
• Process management: Establishing, documenting and further developing our business processes to ensure process compliance and efficiency
• Risk and opportunity management: Ongoing development of the management system through the systematic identification, assessment and monitoring of risks and opportunities
