Job summary

Novartis Group is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to oversee production and testing within a GMP/GxP framework. The role ensures data integrity, reviews QC results, and supports investigations and CAPAs as needed.

You will contribute to batch release activities, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, while adhering to regulatory standards and robust documentation practices. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP/GxP regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control testing and documentation.
• Ability to support investigations, deviations and CAPAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and testing activities to ensure cGxP compliance.
• Review and approve QC testing results, production docs, QC records, and AS&T records.
• Support exception, deviation, and investigation processes with timely follow-up.
• Ensure QC activities comply with GMP, GxP, regulatory and internal standards.
• Support batch release activities in line with GMP, registration and licenses.
• Contribute to audit and inspection readiness during GxP audits.
• Ensure analytical equipment qualification, calibration, and lab docs.
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
