Job summary

Hirschmann Automotive GmbH in Vorarlberg, Austria, is seeking a quality-minded professional to lead and further develop quality management in the automotive sector. You will ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards throughout inquiry, development, and series production phases.

The role demands extensive experience with IATF 16949, VDA tools, and core automotive methods, plus fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or business-related education.
• Many years of professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 2, AIAG and Automotive Core Tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer requirements and compliance with standards from the inquiry phase through to series production.
• Participation in process and tool approvals as well as preparation of specifications (requirements specifications).
• Participation in project reviews and support of customer visits.
• Planning and conducting audits as well as coordination of initial sampling.
• Handling customer complaints during the project and pre-series phases, including initiation and tracking of corrective actions.
