Hirschmann Automotive GmbH in Rankweil sucht eine qualitätsbewusste Fachkraft zur Steuerung der Qualitätsprozesse. Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Einkauf zusammen, um Produktqualität sicherzustellen und Prozesse zu optimieren.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen, Durchführung interner Audits und Unterstützung bei Kundenaudits, sowie die Anwendung der 8D-Methodik und die Auswertung von Qualitätsdaten in SAP und QlikSense.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossen technische oder betriebliche Ausbildung.
• Vorteil: Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement.
• Selbstsicheres Auftreten & Eigeninitiative.
• Erfahrung mit gängigen Qualitätsmethoden wünschenswert.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Starke SAP-Kenntnisse & SAP-Anwendungen.

Aufgaben

• Qualitäts-Schnittstelle für alle Q-Issues während des Produktanlaufs am Fertigungsstandort.
• Verantwortlich für SFL-Aktivitäten sowie Freigaben von Produkt und Prozessen.
• Durchführung von internen Audits; Unterstützung bei Kunden Audits.
• Koordination von Reklamationen gemäß 8D-Methodik.
• Koordination von Sortierung und Ausschuss.
• Statistische Analysen, KPIs überwachen; Qualitätsdaten in SAP & QlikSense auswerten.

• Quality interface for all project-related quality issues during the product ramp-up at the manufacturing plant
• Responsible for SFL activities and for internal product and process approval
• Conducting internal audits and assisting with customer audits
• Coordination and handling of complaints in accordance with the 8D methodology
• Coordination of Sorting and Scrapping
• Conducting statistical analyses, monitoring KPIs, and evaluating quality data in SAP and QlikSense
