Hirschmann Automotive sucht eine/n Logistik-Projektkoordinator/in am Standort Rankweil, Österreich. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, Vorproduktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb und verantworten die Planung sowie Umsetzung logistischer Anforderungen in Vorserienprojekten.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, Erfahrung in Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

Mansioni

• Vertretung der Logistikfunktion in PEP-Projektteams; Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Meetings.
• Sicherstellen, dass logistische Anforderungen in Angebot- und Produktentwicklungsprozessen berücksichtigt werden.
• Vermittlung zwischen Logistik und anderen Abteilungen (Vorproduktion, Vertrieb, Entwicklung, Einkauf).
• Initiieren und Überwachen der Beschaffung von Materialien für Erstbestellungen.
• Koordinierung der Übergabe der Materialien für die Pilotserie (Pre-Production) unter Berücksichtigung Statusänderungen.
• Sicherstellung der logistischen Anforderungen für den Start der Pilotfertigung am Standort.
• Übergabe der Pilotproduktion an relevante Fertigungswerke via Projektmanagement (Verifizierung logistischer Daten).
• Unterstützung des SPP Materials Planners — SAP-basierte Bedarfsplanung für Mittel- und Langfristbedarf.
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des SAP-basierten Planungprozesses für Vorproduktionsmaterialien in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen.

• Representing the logistics function in PEP-related product projects as the Logistics Project Coordinator; participating in regular meetings
• Ensuring that logistical requirements are taken into account in the proposal development process and the product development process
• A link between logistics and the other departments within PEP—pre-production projects, sales, development, purchasing, etc.
• Initiating and monitoring the procurement of materials for initial orders
• Coordinate the handover of materials for the pilot series (pre-production run), taking into account the current status of changes and ensuring material availability for the start of series production
• Ensuring that the logistical requirements are met for the start of pilot production at the manufacturing plant
• Ensuring the handover of the pilot production run to the relevant production plants via project management (verification of the required logistical data)
• Support for the SPP (Sample Part Production) Materials Planner => Ensuring SAP-based demand planning for medium- and long-term requirements in pre-production operations
• Continuous improvement of the SAP-based planning process for pre-production materials in close collaboration with other departments
