Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Production Digitalization to lead Industry 4.0 initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing operations. You will manage MES, automation, IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions with global teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication to ensure business value. PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA certifications are a plus and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Experience in digitalization, automation, or Industry 4.0 projects.
• Exposure to semiconductor, electronics, PCB, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MES, equipment integration, IoT, automation, or manufacturing analytics.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus.
