Zusammenfassung

ams OSRAM AG is seeking a Project Manager for Operational Excellence to lead global programs, drive KPI tracking, and optimize OSQ processes at Premstätten, Austria. You will coordinate with Controlling, R&D, and Procurement to deliver data-driven improvements and executive-ready presentations.

The role requires a technical university degree, 5+ years in PM in semiconductor or large-scale operations, and strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, along with fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management within semiconductor/large-scale ops.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports for Senior Management.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English and German language skills.

Your tasks

• Program Management for global programs and strategic projects aiming to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSQ) organization
• Goal definition and KPI tracking for global OSQ organization
• Analyzing, summarizing and presenting factory data, business processes and organizational setups
• Improving business processes within OSQ and seamlessly handshake with partnering departments (e.g. Controlling, R&D, Procurement etc.)
• Preparation of presentations for Senior Management

Who we are looking for

• Successfully completed technical university degree
• At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management in Semiconductor Industry or similar large-scale operations
• Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presenting them to Senior Management
• Fast thinker with analytical mindset and ability to understand complex problems
• Good interpersonal skills combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to drive change and gain alignment across global Teams
• Proficiency in English and very good German
