Zusammenfassung

ams OSRAM is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead global OSQ initiatives from Premstätten, Austria. The role focuses on creating value by improving operations across the OSQ function through structured program management and KPI discipline.

You will analyze factory data, streamline processes, and coordinate with Controlling, R&D, and Procurement. The position requires strong stakeholder management, English and German proficiency, and the ability to present to Senior Management.

Qualifikationen

• Technical university degree completed.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management in Semiconductor Industry or similar large-scale operations.
• Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and present them to Senior Management.
• Fast thinker with analytical mindset and ability to understand complex problems.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive change and gain alignment across global teams.
• Proficiency in English and very good German.
