TE Connectivity invites applications for a Project Manager (m/w/d) to lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects in a hybrid Austria-based role. You will partner with engineering, operations, quality, and other teams to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and PMO metrics while promoting continuous improvement.

Required: engineering degree, 4+ years in PM, PMI certification, and strong communication skills in English and German. Travel 25-50% with a hybrid workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Technical background: engineer with university degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Project Management.
• PMI certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continuous improvement attitude.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams.
• Ability to form strong teams and demonstrate leadership.
• Proactive, resilient, and self-confident.
• Good English and German knowledge, verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Provide planning and technical coordination support for successful project delivery.
• Contribute to PRS strategy execution and LeanPD adherence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet profitability, competitiveness, and PMO metrics.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, quality, and other functions.
• Develop and maintain schedules, work plans, resource plans, and forecasts; provide progress updates.
• Identify risks and support mitigation for governance and compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance methodologies and processes.
• Support LEAP projects and VAVE initiatives through the Engineering Manager.
