Zusammenfassung

personico GmbH is seeking a capable project leader to drive multiple development initiatives in a fast-paced environment in Austria. The role requires hands-on project management experience and a technical background, with a preference for IPMA or PMP training.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate progress, manage time, quality and budget, act as the technical interface to customers and stakeholders, and collaborate with R&D, quality, purchasing, SCM and Manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• completed technical education
• minium 3-5 years of work experience in project management
• very good understanding of technical matters, including complex interrelationships
• practical experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence
• fluent german and english language skills
• strong communication skills and social competence
• willingness to travel

The candidate for this position will be mainly responsible for leading different development projects. The candidate must have relevant work experience in projet management as well as a technical background. A further training or project management certificate (like IPMA or PMP) is desirable.

Please note that the salary for this position is set at a minimum of €4,600 gross per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and training.
