Zusammenfassung

personico GmbH is seeking a capable project leader to drive multiple development initiatives in a fast-paced environment in Austria. The role requires hands-on project management experience and a technical background, with a preference for IPMA or PMP training.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate progress, manage time, quality and budget, act as the technical interface to customers and stakeholders, and collaborate with R&D, quality, purchasing, SCM and Manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• completed technical education
• minium 3-5 years of work experience in project management
• very good understanding of technical matters, including complex interrelationships
• practical experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence
• fluent german and english language skills
• strong communication skills and social competence
• willingness to travel

Aufgaben

• lead and coordinate different development projects considering time, quality and budget
• manage the cross-functional projects teams
• technical interface for customers as well as for internal / external stakeholders
• close cooperation with R&D, quality, purchasing, SCM and Manufacturing
• trackproject progress, and risk status and support projects teams
• managing project schedules, internal resources, budgets as well as R&D activities
