Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an E-Commerce Project Manager / Requirements Engineer to lead a major online shop redesign across planning, build, testing and go-live, coordinating Spryker and Sulu CMS workstreams. You’ll also capture business needs as user stories and specs.

From go-live, the role shifts to a longer-term RE with lighter project management duties, in a Europe-wide remote setup with occasional onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years combined in PM and Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis on E-Commerce projects.
• Track record delivering webshop implementations or redesigns end to end.
• Strong requirements gathering, with hands-on writing of user stories and specifications.
• Confident managing timelines, risks, stakeholders and multiple suppliers or workstreams.
• Daily use of Jira and Confluence.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum / Kanban).
• Fluent German (mandatory); Swiss German understanding is a plus.
• Spryker experience is a big advantage; Sulu CMS and test management experience also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of the online shop and coordinate PM activities through planning, build, testing and go-live.
• Coordinate Spryker shop development with a separate Sulu CMS supplier.
• Turn business needs into user stories and specifications as Requirements Engineer.
• Post go-live, transition to a longer-term RE role with lighter PM load.

Our client is rebuilding their online shop while continuing to improve the live one. You’ll lead the redesign as Project Manager, steering it through planning, build, testing and go-live, and coordinating the Spryker shop development alongside a Sulu CMS delivered by a separate supplier. In parallel, you’ll act as Requirements Engineer on the existing shop, turning business needs into user stories and specifications. After go-live, the role shifts to a longer-term Requirements Engineer position with a lighter project management load.
