Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Austria is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Drug Product Manufacturing to drive strategic investment projects through all lifecycle stages, ensuring cost, schedule, quality and functionality targets are met.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with internal and external partners, managing budgets and risks, and ensuring GxP compliance. Fluent English is required; experience in regulated pharma environments is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support planning, management, and implementation of strategic investment projects in Drug Product Manufacturing.
• Ensure project delivery in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.
• Align with local and global stakeholders on project objectives, priorities, and milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, resources, and progress, and initiate appropriate corrective actions in the event of deviations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, compliance, and engineering standards.
• Support technical decision-making, concept development, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the Engineering organization.
• Support a Senior Project Manager in the planning and implementation of complex engineering projects.

Requirements

• Completed technical education (HTL, master craftsman qualification, university of applied sciences, or university degree) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management for technical or industrial projects
• Proven experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sound knowledge of managing project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Very good written and spoken English
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and knowledge of GxP requirements are desirable
