Adryan is a trusted provider of specialised management services for the life sciences industry, supporting clients in highly regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, and advanced therapies. We seek experienced professionals with backgrounds in Interim Management, Portfolio Management, Project & Programme Management, or Construction Management to join our growing team of expert consultants.

This role is aligned with your specific expertise and will be tailored to meet the complex needs of our clients through the application of structured methodologies, regulatory compliance, and pragmatic project leadership.

Key areas of expertise:

• Holds all quality related responsibilities for daily qualification activities on technical facilities, equipment and systems
• Deliver end-to-end project or programme execution using Prince2 and GxP-aligned processes.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance across complex initiatives.
• Apply stage-gate processes and other life sciences industry best practices to ensure success.
• Focus on execution excellence, ensuring that delivery is on time, on budget, and compliant.

General responsabilities

• Integrate GxP and compliance controls into all project and management activities.
• Work directly with client leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously adapt and enhance project tools, processes, and frameworks to meet client needs.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement, visibility, and collaboration at every level of the project.

Ideal profile

• Ensure stakeholder engagement, visibility, and collaboration at every level of the project
• Proven track record in one or more of the following: Interim Leadership, Portfolio Management, Project/Programme Delivery, or Construction Oversight within the life sciences sector.
• Deep understanding of GxP and regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in applying structured methodologies (P3O, Prince2, PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to deliver results immediately in dynamic, high-stakes environments
