Responsabilidades

• Plan, control, and monitor production orders with deadlines, capacity and material availability.
• Prioritize orders and ensure smooth production processes.
• Create and process production orders and data in SAP.
• Monitor material availability and resolve bottlenecks.
• Track deadlines and progress; take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with production, planning, materials management, purchasing and other departments.
• Clarify technical questions and deviations; drive process improvements.
• Contribute to optimization of lead times and production control procedures.
• Analyze production data and KPI metrics.

For our electronics manufacturing team, we are looking for someone with technical expertise, SAP experience, and a good understanding of complex processes. You will efficiently manage production orders and ensure on-time execution while acting as a key interface between production, planning, and related departments.

Job Description

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders with regard to deadlines, capacities, and material availability
• Prioritizing ongoing orders and ensuring smooth production processes
• Creating, maintaining, and processing production orders and production-related data in SAP
• Monitoring material availability and proactively resolving missing parts and bottlenecks
• Monitoring production deadlines and order progress and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Working closely with production, planning, materials management, purchasing, and other departments
• Clarifying technical questions, disruptions, and deviations within the production process
• Contributing to the optimization of production processes, lead times, and production control procedures
• Analyzing relevant production data and key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL), ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in manufacturing, production control, production planning, or a similar production environment
• Good working knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP PP and MMGood technical understanding and experience working with bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as very good German language skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for working closely with production teams
