Austrian Airlines AG in Schwechat is seeking a Ground Experience Manager to lead the development of customer-facing enhancements at the Vienna hub. You will turn bold ideas into practical experiences that delight passengers from arrival to departure.

You will analyze data across touchpoints, collaborate with Ground Operation teams, and drive cross-functional initiatives to strengthen Austrian representation in the Lufthansa Group while exploring revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or hospitality and experience in customer-focused roles.
• Experience analyzing complex data points and customer touchpoints is a plus.
• Strong customer-obsession mindset with high creativity and innovation.
• Ability to develop service concepts in a cross-functional airline environment.
• Excellent English and German communication, with open stakeholder engagement.

• You set the vision for Austrian Airlines' ground experience, focusing on the Vienna hub

• You have a degree in business, hospitality or related field and experience in customer-focused roles
• You are experienced in analyzing complex data points, ground experience and technologies is a plus
• You possess a strong and thrilling customer obsession mindset, combined with a high level of creativity, drive and focus on innovation
• You demonstrate the ability to develop service and hospitality concepts in a cross-functional environment, ideally with specific experience in the airline industry
• You have strong communication skills in English and German and approach internal and external stakeholders openly
• You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even in complex processes
• You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
