Job summary

AGRANA Zucker Österreich is seeking a Procurement Process Expert to drive SAP MM procurement processes and analytics across Europe. You will manage rollouts, build KPIs, and translate spend data into actionable insights.

The role requires hands-on SAP MM, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with procurement and IT teams. A home-office option is available alongside on-site work in Vienna, Austria.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or comparable education in a technical or business administration field.
• 3 years of professional experience in procurement or process management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP MM with implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel.
• German and English business fluency.

Responsibilities

• Independent implementation and rollout of SAP MM procurement processes from contract creation to goods receipt, on-site and remotely.
• Analyse and evaluate existing procurement processes and IT systems, supporting harmonisation.
• Develop KPIs, monitoring and reporting solutions for the request-to-pay process.
• Enhance data management and data quality in SAP MM for reliable analytics.
• Manage procurement projects across the Group from planning to rollout and training.
