Zusammenfassung

Axetris AG, a leading micro-optical components and MEMS-based gas detectors company, seeks a Process Technician for the R&D, Wafer Production Engineering team in the Backend department. You will provide first-level support for production equipment, analyze alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations, with the chance to work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom near Lucerne.

Ideal candidates have technical vocational training, experience in microtechnology or semiconductor production, and proficiency

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by HF Technician education.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably microtechnology or semiconductor production.
• Familiarity with production equipment and basic measurement technology.
• Good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• First-level support and technical assistance for equipment and process issues in production.
• Analysis of equipment alarms or interruptions, including deciding whether a machine should be classified as UP or DOWN.
• Ensuring the correct operation of equipment within the daily production process: setup, configuration, and programming tasks.
• Supporting requalification activities following maintenance work or configuration changes.
• Assisting with routine inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Training new operators, verifying compliance with established work methods, revising and/or creating new work instructions, and monitoring adherence to safety regulations.
