Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering from a university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent institution in microengineering, materials science, physics, chemical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Analytical mindset with affinity for process data, identifying trends and drawing conclusions.
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented; hands-on work in a cleanroom environment.
• Flexible, committed, and communicative; capable of working across production, development, and experimental activities.
• German, French, or English; proficiency in at least two languages is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, analyse, and continuously improve existing production processes in wafer fabrication and photolithography (photoresist coating, photolithography, PVD, wet etching, and more)
• Develop, qualify, and introduce new production processes and process parameters
• Plan, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate experiments in close collaboration with the development and production management teams
• Perform systematic root-cause analyses of process deviations and implement sustainable improvement measures
