Zusammenfassung

INNIO Jenbacher in Austria is seeking a Process Excellence & Automation Manager for Service Contracts to shape efficient, scalable CLM operations across the contract lifecycle, from configuration to renewal and billing.

You will own the CLM application, drive end-to-end improvements, ensure data integrity, enable training, and collaborate with IT, finance, service and product teams to implement automation and measurable KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in process excellence, business process management, operations, commercial operations, service contract management or transformation roles.
• Proven track record in cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, CLM; Salesforce and Oracle beneficial.
• Strong change management, stakeholder alignment and implementation of sustainable improvements.
• Experience in an international matrix organization is desirable.
• Leadership experience in projects or programs with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Process/Project/Change Management qualifications are an advantage.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end service contract processes, including configuration, setup, execution, renewal, billing and reporting.
• Act as the key representative within the CLM application environment, managing requirements, coordinating system changes, supporting users, and ensuring the application supports operational processes.
• Ensure high data quality standards, governance and ownership for service contract related master and transactional data (CRM, ERP & Contract modeling).
• Define and implement concepts for user training, process documentation and knowledge transfer to support sustainable adoption of new system functionalities and processes.
• Drive automation and integration of new service products and offerings into the Service Contracts landscape.
• Support new product introductions with scalable process design, system readiness, data structures and user enablement.
• Collaborate with IT, digital, finance, service and product teams to optimize interfaces and end-to-end processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs for process performance, automation effectiveness and data quality.
• Lead change management activities and sustainable implementation across functions and regions.
• Act as trusted partner for leadership shaping a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Communicate initiative achievements to VP-level management.

The Process Excellence & Automation Manager - Service Contracts (m/f/d) plays a key role in shaping efficient, scalable and future-ready service contract operations at INNIO Jenbacher. The position drives the improvement and automation of end-to-end processes across the full service contract lifecycle — from contract configuration, setup and execution to renewal, billing and reporting.

As the key business representative for the Contract Lifecycle Management (=CLM) environment, this role ensures that systems, processes and data structures support business growth, operational excellence and strong user experience. Working across functions, the role helps bring new service offerings into the organization in a structured, scalable and sustainable way.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end service contract processes, including contract configuration, setup, execution, renewal, billing and reporting

Your Profile:

• University degree inBusiness Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Managementor a related field
• Several years of experience inprocess excellence, business process management, operations, commercial operations, service contract management or transformation roles
• Proven track record in drivingcross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives
• Experience working withenterprise systemssuch asCRM, ERP, CLM or related workflow / contract management tools – advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle beneficial
• Strong experience inchange management, stakeholder alignment and implementation of sustainable process improvements

• Strong analytical skills and communication competence, profound Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must
