Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our high-impact Service Contracts team who will drive critical initiatives that improve execution speed, business outcomes, and sustainable growth across the service contract management organization.

You will act as a senior problem-solver and change driver, leading cross-functional task-force activities to address performance gaps, accelerate SOX implementation, and support Service Leadership in delivering strategic priorities. The role is ideal for a strong execution-focused leader who combines operational rigor, stakeholder management, and a hands-on mindset.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute cross-functional projects and priority initiatives across the service contract management organization assigned by the Director – Contract Management and Senior Services leadership
• Partner with senior contract management leadership across to support and implement key strategic, and operational priorities such as the implementation and improvement of SOX controls
• Operationalize initiatives that enable Services growth, support new Service products, and improve margins across the Service Contracts organization
• Lead targeted cross-functional initiatives that further strengthen the control and governance framework within the Service Contracts environment
• Validate business cases, prepare management-ready analyses, and actively support monthly service reviews with clear updates on progress, results, risks, and next steps
• Communicate initiative achievements and outcomes to VP-level management

Your Profile:

• Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in process excellence, business process management, operations, commercial operations, service contract management or transformation roles
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives
• Strong experience inchange management, stakeholder alignment and implementation of sustainable process improvements
• Experience in an international matrix organization is highly desirable
• Leadership experience in projects, programs or functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
• Strong analytical skills and communication competence, profound Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must
• Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% as needed in support of business priorities and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage
